To complete your Mentor enrollment successfully:
- Select your mentoring preferences. Complete each of the required demographic fields below to clarify your areas of expertise, mentoring focus, and availability. The more specific and complete your selections, the easier it will be for mentees to identify strong alignment and request a connection.
- Strengthen your member profile. Your profile is partially populated from your membership record, but this is your opportunity to showcase your professional journey and leadership experience. Add a recent professional photo, expand your bio, and include key milestones from your education and career. A complete profile helps mentees understand your perspective, experience, and mentoring style.
